The health and well-being of our patients and staff is most important to us.

Please do not attend our practice:

  • If you have been to Victoria from 1st of June to now
  • If you have visited any of the current Sydney Hotspots, as per NSW Health -
  • If you are waiting for COVID 19 results, you must self isolate
  • If you have been overseas in the last 14 days
  • If you are unwell with fever or respiratory symptoms (eg cough, sneezing, sore-throat, runny nose)
  • If you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19

We constantly review our COVID 19 prevention measures to keep us all safe. These measures include:

  • Hand-hygiene
    • All patients and visitors are required to use hand-sanitiser located at the front door
  • Temperature
    • We will check the temperature of all staff, doctors, patients and visitors on arrival and if you have a fever we will ask you to not attend our practice
  • Social distancing
    • We have reduced patient bookings
    • Increased spacing between waiting room chairs
    • Non-essential visitors/carers are kindly requested to wait outside the practice until we call you
    • For patients who are children – we are requesting one parent/carer to attend only, no siblings
  • Masks
    • All Staff and doctors are wearing masks as a precaution
    • All adult patients MUST wear a mask to their appointment – Please bring your own mask
